Limited Warranty (Beaded Earrings Only)
Moon & Milk offers a 3-year limited warranty on beaded earrings purchased directly from moonandmilk.com, covering defects in craftsmanship under normal wear.
During the warranty period, Moon & Milk may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the item if an eligible defect occurs. If the original item is no longer available or has been discontinued, Moon & Milk reserves the right to issue store credit equal to the original purchase price, excluding taxes and shipping, once the item has been returned to Moon & Milk.
Covered damages include:
- Stones falling out
- Fringes falling out
- Defective or broken clasps
- Broken stones resulting from craftsmanship issues
The following are not covered and are considered normal wear and tear:
- Bent fringes
- Surface scratches
- Oxidation or tarnish
Please report any damage as soon as possible. All items must be returned to Moon & Milk for inspection prior to any repair, replacement, or store credit being issued. If an item is lost or missing, a replacement cannot be offered.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to Moon & Milk for warranty inspection. If a repair or replacement is approved under this warranty, Moon & Milk will cover return shipping back to the customer.
Many Moon & Milk pieces incorporate natural stones, which may include natural inclusions such as small cracks, surface variations, or color differences. These characteristics are inherent to the materials and are not considered defects. Examples include, but are not limited to, moonstone, opal, fluorite, and labradorite.
This warranty is void if the item has been altered, repaired, or modified by a third party.
Moon & Milk’s liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the item. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
Plated, Silver, and Gold-Filled Jewelry
At this time, Moon & Milk does not offer a warranty for plated, silver, or gold-filled jewelry. These items are not covered under the limited warranty described above.
Repairs (Outside of Warranty Coverage)
Moon & Milk may offer repair services for eligible items priced over $150 and purchased within the last 3 years, subject to inspection and feasibility.
To initiate a repair request, please contact Customer Support at info@moonandmilk.com. Repair turnaround times are typically 4–6 weeks from the date the item is received.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to Moon & Milk for repairs. Return shipping costs will be communicated during the repair process.
If a repair cannot be completed, Moon & Milk reserves the right to offer store credit up to the original purchase price, excluding taxes and shipping. Repair eligibility, methods, and outcomes are determined at Moon & Milk’s discretion.
