SHIPPING

What type of shipping options do you offer?

FREE shipping for all orders over $100. Due to the nature of handmade jewelry, shipping time and cost vary. Please check Instagram for the most current shipping location. Most items ship within 5-7 days.

How do I track my order?

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website. 

Additional Shipping Information

First Class Mail
Allow about 5-7 business days for delivery. For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow 10-15 business days for delivery.  For delivery to US Territories and APO/FPO addresses, allow three weeks for delivery.


Priority Mail
Allow 3-5 business days for delivery.This service is not available for: PO boxes, APO/FPO, outside of the US and US Territories.


International Shipping
Canada: 15-20 business days 
Europe: 10-15 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 15-20 business days
South America: 20-25 business days

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms. 

  1. Returns and exchanges are accepted within: 15 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
    Request a cancellation within: 3 days of purchase
  2. I refund any merchandise in resalable condition (no scratches, no signs of wear), and with a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method.
  3. No free returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. No returns on custom orders
  5. Beading is very slow and intentional work. Each beaded earring is handmade with an intense amount of detailed work and hours behind it. Moon & Milk is a small business that is against fast fashion and it prides itself on its small batch concept. Because of this, there are no returns on all beaded earrings. If there's a defect on your beaded earrings, click below and shoot us an email.
  6. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
