Beading is very slow and intentional work. Each beaded earring is handmade with an intense amount of detailed work and hours behind it. Because of this, there are NO returns on all seed bead earrings unless you contact Moon & Milk within 48 hours of your purchase; only then will a full refund be submitted.

In the event that a product is damaged during shipping or arrives defective, please send an email to info@moonandmilk.com immediately.

Returns (Non-Seed Beaded Jewelry)

For everything else, such as rings and bracelets, you have 14 days after delivery to contact Moon & Milk about a refund or exchange, and 30 days to return it. NO EXCEPTIONS. No refunds on custom orders.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  
• Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
• Request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase.
• Merchandise will be refunded only if it's in resalable condition (no scratches, no signs of wear), and with a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method.
• No free returns; you are responsible for return shipping costs.
• No refunds on custom orders.
• You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your package arrives safely. 

Exchanges (Seed Bead Earrings)

Due to the nature of seed bead earrings, there's a no-return policy. However, exchanges are accepted for another item of equal value. Customers may exchange eligible products within 30 days of purchase. The 30-day period begins on the date of delivery.

If you receive your earrings damaged or defective, please contact Moon & Milk within the 30-day exchange period. You will be provided with instructions for returning the item. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Exceptions: Earrings that have been used or damaged after you received them will not be exchanged.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above.
