Refunds, Cancellations, Exchanges & Store Credit

Beaded Jewelry Only

This policy applies exclusively to beaded jewelry.

All beaded jewelry sold by Moon & Milk is final sale. Customers may request a cancellation and full refund only if Moon & Milk is contacted within forty-eight (48) hours of the time of purchase. Cancellation requests submitted after this forty-eight (48) hour period will not be eligible for a refund.

After the forty-eight (48) hour cancellation window has passed, refunds are not permitted. However, exchanges or store credit may be offered at Moon & Milk’s discretion, provided that the customer contacts Moon & Milk within the timeframe outlined in our Returns Policy.

Due to the handcrafted nature of beaded jewelry and the preparation process that begins shortly after an order is placed, this policy is strictly enforced.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above.
